Tracy Henchbarger

Tracy Henchbarger has extensive experience in all phases of software application development and training including proposal management, business development, software development, instructional design, performance consulting, and project/program management experience. Tracy is Vice President of Development for e-Learning and Web Application. Her well-rounded technical and leadership skills have enabled her to successfully lead LPS' design and development teams through to the completion of many multi-million dollar projects, on time and within budget. Drawing from her tenure as a principal in a number of successful companies, Tracy is able to recognize and respond to market trends, which keeps LPS' client base prepared to meet the future.

Kathy Woody

Kathy is an experienced professional with over 20 years in training design and development. She is skilled in all phases of technology-based project development including instructional design, course design, product management, project management, database design and management, client support, and web-based application development. She has successfully applied her broad range of skills and leadership abilities to the management of large projects for a wide variety of clients, including automotive, education, financial, government and high tech.

Troy Gorostiza

Troy is a seasoned veteran of e-learning with over nine years experience in the financial, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, non-profit, government, computer, telecom, educational and nursing industries. He has extensive experience in instructional design, programming, graphic design, streaming media, quality assurance, business development, licensing, marketing and project management. Troy is recognized as an innovative and strategic thinker who can employ sophisticated technologies, forge a wide variety of strategic alliances, and motivate all stakeholder groups to create energized, results-oriented teams.

Melissa Coughlin

Melissa is a practiced professional with over 25 years of project management and leadership experience, Melissa excels in fostering a friendly, collaborative, team-based project environment. Possessing versatility and wide-ranging technical skills, she manages a breadth of projects types, from print-based instructor guides to web-based custom courseware to $1,000,000+ corporate training initiatives. She has established strong project management skills supervising training projects for a range of clients including Honda, Volkswagen, 3M, Mitsubishi, iPass, Red Bull, Symantec, and Accredited Home Lenders. Melissa possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills at all levels.

Peter Ryu

Peter has over 17 years of technical project management and production experience in software application development within the gaming/entertainment industry. In his career, Peter has demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement in areas of project management, staff supervision, and bottom line profitability. He has effectively directed multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously; coordinated the work of international development teams globally, and coordinated business operations.

Jennifer Lin

Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in online media production, including graphics processing, HTML and JavaScript programming for web development. She has led project teams consisting of instructional designers, graphic designers, production artists, web developers, and quality assurance engineers.

She has managed SCORM and AICC-compliant interactive courseware for a variety of web-based training programs, including the development of over 120 hours of Section 508-compliant, web-based training.

Dan Dunaway

Dan provides the strategic visions and dynamic leadership needed for the development, testing and implementation of innovative enterprise training delivery and management systems that serve both Corporate and Government audiences. He is responsible for the strategic planning, daily operations and business development for Software Systems Engineering and Human Systems Integration directorates. He has implemented quality programs in both corporate and government organizations designed around the Six Sigma quality standards. He has provided technical and project management assistance to the Commander, Naval Education and Training that addressed the challenges of implementing revolutionary training programs for the over 400,000 sailors ashore and afloat.

Mike Bennett

Mike has hands-on experience in management of information technology requirements, analysis, lifecycle support, solution development and delivery. He has over 20 years experience in operational employment of Naval C5I systems. He has been a Program Manager for Space and Naval Warfare System Command’s (SPAWAR) Integrated Battle Force Training Centers, a $4.5M annual program responding to Fleet Forces Command, Naval Education and Training Command and OPNAV N61 training requirements. He has developed, implemented and managed the Integrated Battle Force Training process and has managed numerous projects involving small to medium-scale technology, process, and organizational change at leading clients in the U.S.

Felicia Douglis

Felicia is a highly experienced executive with demonstrated success in business development and leading diverse teams of professionals in performance-based environments. She has 18 years of experience designing strategic training and performance initiatives, web-based business and performance support applications, and managing complex projects. In addition, she has significant entrepreneurial and consulting experience and is recognized as an articulate presenter and communicator, creative problem-solver, and analytical strategist. Her project experience includes military training in the information technology domain, federal government performance support, and performance and training initiatives within the corporate arena. She also functions as Instructional Systems Consultant for the U.S. Navy Learning Center, providing expertise on learning, training, performance technology, instructional technologies, assessment, and evaluation.
