iPass needed customized interactive training for iPassConnect end users that would clearly illustrate the key iPassConnect features and functions, and get users working immediately.

iPass chose the Learning & Performance Solutions Group (LPS) to help them create their interactive end user training.
Our designers collaborated closely with iPass experts, advising them on advanced demonstration and emulation technology for a fully interactive e-learning course that would clearly illustrate the key iPassConnect features and functions.
LPS' developers used HTML, JavaScript, and Adobe® Flash™ to create "Show Me" demonstrations and "Let Me Try" simulation exercises that allowed users to view and try each software operation themselves.
Our "lean" coding and optimization techniques kept the project within the very limited 56.6-bandwidth required at the time to distribute the courseware via the Web or CD.
